Struck for one year, in 1930, at the French Mint in Paris to honor the Constitution Centennial, these unique coins are slightly larger than Britain Sovereigns but much scarcer. Their tiny original mintage of only 100,000 is by far the lowest of all of our bulk-trade world gold coins. Their true scarcity can mean higher premiums during periods of peak demand.
Unlike most forms of gold bullion, they are exempt from broker reporting requirements. In our opinion, they're better than bullion for bulk gold buyers.
